Roles and Responsibilities:

•Conduct research and source leads Provide by company 

•Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.

•Promoting and marketing the CM job through outbound recruiting campaigns including calls, emails, texts, etc.

•Screen potential CM candidates.

Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.

•Work with our Recruiting Team Leads and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.

•Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.

•Coordinate with our interview & training teams

Skills & Requirements:

•Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with a neutral accent

•Fluency in English is a must

•Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred
