This one-hour project-based course will teach you how to build a chat system that can automatically generate leads with your customers using email and Google Sheets automation.

We automate the entire process with Google Sheets and email automation, so every time a lead is created, you get an email and a copy of the lead and contact information is saved in Google Sheets. Among many other things, chat can interact with your customers, generate leads, process bookings, take ticket requests and send us messages.At the end of the project, you will have a fully functional chat implemented on your Facebook page. It can communicate with your customers in real time through Messenger.

We use Chatfuel incredibly interactive, logical and simple flow creation interface, so no programming experience is necessary. However, testing the bot requires a Facebook account and a fully functional Facebook business page.Note. Students living in North America will benefit most from this course.
