Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday continued her criticism of the Manmohan Singh-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government. He argued that the government has management problems because it was led by unconstitutional National Advisory Council (NAC) chaired by Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
