Job Profile & Responsibilities for International Voice Support:- 

  •  Understanding and resolving the customer queries accurately.
  • To ensure routing and escalating queries to correct department when required.
  •  To ensure CSAT target is met.
  •  The shift will be mostly night shift or early morning shift.

Job Profile & Responsibilities for Service Desk Associates:- 

  • Provide Level 1 support for all in scope services.
  •  Act as a single point of contact for all user requests and resolve issues on first call or route to the appropriate resolving support group.
  •  Perform active case management and be accountable for end to end delivery of requests.
  •  Develop, establish and maintain call prioritization guidelines and escalation procedures.
  •  Provide a system status recording with status information such as major incidents and estimated recovery time.
