•Qualifications:- 12th Pass , undergraduate, Any Graduate

•1-6 years of experience. 

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

  • Resolving problems/ concerns raised by customers on the Zomato App via chat/ phone/e-mail
  • Establishing a relationship of trust with the customer, by ensuring qualitative service(empathy and efficiency, excellent communication)
  • Learning the product and services offered thoroughly, so as to provide timely and efficient resolutions to issues raised
  • Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
