Job Profile & Responsibilities for Store Manager:- 

  1. Adherence of Store Operations in line with pre-defined SOPs.
  2.  Ensure that the look and feel of the store is as per guidelines/standards.
  3.  Track efficient Cash handling; prevent shoplifting / ensure safety and security.
  4.  Visual merchandising as per plan / guidelines.
  5. Inventory and stock management to prevent stock-outs or excess Inventory.
  6.  KPI reporting as per guidelines and on-time.
  7.  To ensure daily roistering & briefing to outsourced store staff.
  8.  Ensure that attrition issues (planned & unplanned) are escalated for timely resolution.
  9. Ensure motivation & development of outsourced store staff.
